June 24th SIFMA Conference in New York

Lincolnshire, April 21, 2008 - Opus Capital Markets
Consultants, LLC will be sponsoring the SIFMA conference
on MBS Due Diligence. The conference will be held on
June 24, 2008 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in
Manhattan. Five discussion panels are planned, covering
investor expectations for post-crash MBS underwriting
and disclosure, challenges facing mortgage servicers and
their responses to them, property valuations in falling
markets, opportunities for investors to find value
today, and how the MBS industry is being reshaped by
current market conditions.

As one of the sponsors of this event, Opus will have a
booth, and all the principals of the company expect to
attend. The conference will be an opportunity for Opus’
clients to be introduced to Opus International CMC, Inc.
(“Opus International”), a new affiliate company
established to conduct due diligence reviews outside of
the United States, and Opus’ new Non-Performing Assets
Division. Jeni LaBud, one of the founders of Opus,
encourages everyone to attend the conference and visit

ventures.
